Bonnie Hernandez is our newest team member, joining Country Lane Townhomes in the summer of 2022 as our Leasing Director. She quickly added finding prospective residents the perfect home to her many talents.

Bonnie's strong work ethic quickly won the hearts of her team members, and she was awarded the prestigious 2022 Company Excellence Award at Country Lane Townhomes. Within a year of being at Country Lane, she was promoted to Assistant Manager and continues to impress residents and coworkers alike.

She absolutely loves crafting and her Cricut is always close by. Her favorite quote is "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened", by Dr. Suess.

Corey Pavliska is a Certified Apartment Manager and began managing Country Lane Townhomes in the spring of 2020, bringing with her almost 20 years of experience. She leads the property with high standards and enjoys forming positive relationships with her team.

She loves to travel and spend time outdoors with friends, and she hopes to add an Airstream to her travels soon. Her favorite quote is "Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

James Robinson joined Country Lane Townhomes as a Maintenance Professional over 6 years ago and has served in the multi-family industry for almost a decade. James measures success not only by handling maintenance requests efficiently but also by resident satisfaction.

James is HVAC certified and holds the Certified Pool Operator Certification. He has been nominated for the Victoria Apartment Association Outstanding Maintenance Supervisor Award many times and won the award in 2020.

James loves to skydive, and his favorite quote is "Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts", unknown.

Rico Rodriguez has provided excellent maintenance service in the multi-family housing industry in Victoria, TX for over 9 years. He is HVAC certified and holds the Certified Pool Operator Certification. You'll spot him around the property performing maintenance duties with his positive attitude and a warm smile to greet you!

Rico is one of 11 siblings, and he enjoys fishing and BBQing on his time off. His favorite quote is "Strive for progress, not perfection", unknown.
